problems with ccl on Android

CCL has worked (for various values of "work") on various versions of
Android at various times. It has never really been actively developed
oe maintained, and I don't think that anyone has done anything with it
in a year or so.

I'm trying to run ccl on Android 4.4 on a Nexus 10. Using the
binaries in

I'm not particularly experienced with Android; I'm just trying to get
up a window in which I can do some OpenGL. Let me know if I can poke
around more to debug this.
